Sylvianne and Antoine went beyond expectations in accommodating my friends and I during our stay in Seychelles. The cleanliness, comfort, and security of the villa, the complimentary starter pack, the itinerary suggestions, and their genuine attention shows how thoughtful and thorough they are. We had an amazing time in Seychelles thanks to our stay in Ixora Villa and we definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Seychelles!

Like Coming Home
"Arriving to Ixora Villa was like coming home on the other side of the World! The property is set on a hillside with a calm and luxurious garden, surrounded by tropical plants and fruits. The spacious terrace is overlooking the sea and dense vegetation. The villa offers plenty of
space and private parking. The interior is immaculate, with all the gadgets you can imagine for a self catering holiday. And the best part is yet to come: Sylvianne and Antoine the owners, who welcomed us with cold juices and fruits. Throughout our stay they showed exceptional hospitality as if we were family members or close friends. The culinary highlight of our whole trip to Mahe was the grilled local fish with creole sauce, mashed sweet potatoes and similar tasty delights prepared by them on the garden grill. I can only recommend Ixora Villa for a holiday. If we were to return to the Seychelles, there is no question we would choose this place again!"

Fantastic Villa, Superb Location, Outstanding Hosts
The welcome from Antoine and Sylvianne was so friendly and throughout our stay they helped with advice on where to visit. They are such a wonderful couple who go way beyond any expectations, Antoine took us to the local shop when we arrived and Sylvianne had fresh chilled juice ready on our arrival together with a welcome basket of fruit. Antoine even took us to the beach the next morning while we waited for our hire car to arrive - on returning to the villa Sylvianne was waiting with freshly made banana fritters!!. The villa is situated on a hill just above Anse Royale and is very well equipped and has a superb view over the ocean. There is plenty of outside space with two areas for eating and a BBQ. It is a home from home with everything you could wish for plus an island paradise setting. I cannot say enough about Antoine and Sylvianne, they are such an amazing couple who do everything to make sure your stay is special and in all our travels around the world I have never encountered such amazing hosts. I cannot recommend this villa enough.
Would I recommend this holiday rental to my best friend? Yes.
